How to measure at home
- Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet and lay the strip flat against a ruler.
- That measurement in millimetres is your inside circumference — match it to the chart above.
Tips
- Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
- Wide bands fit more snugly — consider sizing up half a size.
- If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one.
